Rooms were honestly better than expected. Just working my way back across to Georgia towing a 24 foot trailer. Easiest parking lot yet, shower and bed were perfect after 600 miles. Positive: The 2 staff members who came to my room were excellent in trying to help me with room issues. Negative: The AC/Heat unit blew only cold air. Was a very cold night. The TV was not working and the bedside telephone was also not working. I was moved to a different room where again the AC/Heating unit was blowing only cold air.
